THE WAR ON CHRISTMAS CONTINUES!!!!

In his continuing effort to destroy the holiday season for everyone, the religious right's poster boy for lunacy, Bill O'Reilly continues his quixotic journey to irrelevance. Unless you are firmly committed to his Nazi like animosity towards anything that is not him, Bill now has an "enemies list", and a hard-on for Howard Stern, and apparently reruns of the Daily Show.

During the December 2 broadcasts of O'Reilly's Fox News talk show The O'Reilly Factor and his Fox News radio show The Radio Factor with Bill O'Reilly, O'Reilly used a year-old video clip from The Daily Show to demonstrate what he claims is an ongoing "war on Christmas" by secular forces. However, O'Reilly falsely told his radio listeners the clip had aired the day before and left his cable viewers with a similar misleading impression.

Then Came the Howard Stern ("Factor Jacket"incident) interview, again video and transcript available

STERN: I won't wear it, but I will give it to a crack whore.

O'REILLY: No, no. You're not getting it back.

STERN: Here, take it.

O'REILLY: I'm not having this on some lesbian somewhere. It's not going to happen.

This one has to be read and seen to be believed:

O'REILLY: If you guys -- if you guys can think maybe later on this evening, in a moment of leisure, of any far-right people who have shouted down, demanded people be fired, boycott somebody to shut them up, please let me know, and we'll put it on tomorrow.

I don't know what is going on in O'Reilly's brain, although it probably looks similar to my last colonoscopy. Scary part is I have met people that actually buy what this lunatic is selling. They are at heart just like their spin master, bullies. Apparently this is his last desperate gasp at attracting Arbitron points for his failing radio show, which recently got yanked in Denver.
