An Open Letter To Mayor Bloomberg.

Hello from the Police State of New York City. Our esteemed accidental mayor Bloomie has decided to further co-op the constitution by enabling the police to initiate random searches at NYC and other rail systems. The MSM will play this up as a simple inconvenience but once again they have missed the essential point.
The continuing pissing on the Constitution of this great country.
To better help Bloomie to understand the precarious legal position he has placed himself in I wrote a letter to his office and am now posting the contents here for posterity.

Dear Mr. Mayor, In this time of continuing encroachment of government authority, I feel it necessary to introduce to you a document that your studies must have missed, the:
Bill of Rights.

Many members of our founding generation fought hard for this document and your recent pronouncement soundly kicks it in the shins. I direct you to the following:
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The full document should you choose to introduce yourself to it can be found at: http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.billofrights.html
