Prisioners Trick US Guards Into Entering Room And Then Attack Them

All week, we have heard news from Guantanamo Bay about the prisioners using suicide attempts and force to dupe, attack, and otherwise take over the prision. Obviously, something is broken here and we do not know what. However, one thing it clear. This is NOT working.
Here is the problem, ever since the Abu Ghrab scandal people have been bemoaning the cruelty of American guards to the prisioners. However, that is only one facet of this problem. Now, we have prisioners in Gitmo that are able to outsmart their guards, and that leads me to my point (yes, I have one). Either formally press charges and put them in higher security or let them go - one or the other.
